Can I order Scratchers from anywhere?
We currently offer Scratchers to our players in Oregon and plan to add additional states in 2025.
How do I order Scratchers?
Similar to ordering draw game tickets with Mido Lotto, select the Scratcher you’d like to order, the number of tickets, and add to cart. You can bundle your Scratchers with your draw tickets into a single order
Your Scratch ticket order will be processed by our team in less than 20 minutes and you’ll receive a push notification when your tickets are ready to scratch
To enable push notifications, 1. Navigate to the main menu of your Mido Lotto app and tap Notifications. Opt into push notifications so you can be alerted when your tickets are ready. 2. Navigate to your phone settings and make sure that notifications are enabled for Mido Lotto
How do I scratch my tickets?
Once your tickets are ready, tap SCRATCH in your Scratchers tab
To manually scratch your tickets, slide your finger across the screen to reveal your numbers and the barcode.
To express check your ticket, scroll to the bottom of your ticket and tap AUTO PLAY
Winning amounts under $600 will be automatically added to your Mido Wallet. For winning amounts over $600, a member of our Customer Success team will assist you with claiming your winnings. Please note, it may take up to 10 seconds after scratching for your winnings results to be calculated.
