Mido Lotto

What is Autoplay? (Order for Every Draw)

Autoplay lets you put your ticket orders on autopilot. You choose the game and tickets, and Mido Lotto will automatically place that order for every draw. To get started, choose Every Draw for the Number of Draws in the drop-down menu in your cart.

To Create an Autoplay:

  • Add your tickets (either with Quick Pick or your own lucky numbers) to your Cart

  • Choose Every Draw for the Number of Draws in the drop-down menu

  • Complete your order

  • Sit back, relax, and rest assured that you will never miss a draw again!

To PauseEditRestart, or Cancel an Autoplay, go to Account → Game Settings → Autoplay.

What is the difference between Multi-Draw (Advance Play) and Every Draw (Autoplay)?

With Advance Play, you can order up to 10 draws in advance in a single transaction. All of those tickets will be shown in your Ticket tab.

With Autoplay, you choose the game and amount of tickets per order and we automatically place that order for every draw. Your orders will continue to be placed as long as you have funds in your Mido Wallet.

How will I know Mido Lotto has placed my Autoplay order?

You can view your transaction history in your Activity Feed or by going to Account → Help→ History. You can view your current tickets in your Tickets tab.

Will I receive a receipt for my Autoplay order?

Yes. Just like a single or multi-draw order, you will receive a transactional receipt after every Autoplay order we place for you. We will remind you when your Mido Wallet balance is getting low so you don’t miss out on a draw, and when we have paused your order due to insufficient funds in your Mido Wallet.

Not receiving receipts? Go to Account → Profile to confirm your email address is correct.

How will you charge my Mido Wallet?

Autoplay orders only use funds from your Mido Wallet. We will not directly charge your connected payment method to refill your Mido Wallet. You will be charged per Autoplay order when that order is placed.

Why was my Autoplay paused?

Mido Lotto will Pause your Autoplay due to:

1. Insufficient funds in your Mido Wallet

Autoplay orders only use funds from your Mido Wallet. Your Autoplay will be Paused if there isn’t enough funds to place your next order. We will remind you when your balance is getting low but will never charge your bank to refill your Mido Wallet. To Restart your Autoplay, load your Mido Wallet and restart your order from the Autoplay Management screen.

2. You are in a state where Mido Lotto is currently unavailable

Autoplay orders are only placed when you are physically in a state Mido Lotto operates. To view the list of states where Mido Lotto is currently available, click HERE. You can Restart your Autoplay once you have traveled back to a state we operate in.

Quick Tip: If you anticipate traveling, place a Multi-Draw order so you never miss out!
