Anyone you want. You can gift a ticket to someone anywhere in the world as long as you have their phone number to send the gift to. The recipient will have to download Mido Lotto and create an account to accept your gifted ticket(s). If your gift is not accepted by the time the draw takes place, the tickets automatically return to you.
